Washington Times: Vice President Joseph R. Biden told environmental activists at the Sunday "Green Ball" inaugural event that the White House would not fail to enact climate change policy. "Keep the faith," he said, according to a Politico report. This administration will compel the nation to "finally face up to climate change," he added.
