Available with 2.5–6.0 GHz range to compliment 0.8–3.0 GHz range, R&S BBA150 offers mismatch tolerance and handles both short-circuiting at RF end and open RF output. Modularity enables flexible configuration of complete systems to meet specific requirements, and amplifier design yields up to 200 W output power in 4 height units. Series offers models for 2 combinable frequency ranges: 0.8–3 GHz with power classes from 30–200 W, and 2.5–6 GHz with power classes of 15, 30, 60, and 100 W.
