Brookfield completes takeover of AT&T data centres, renames business Evoque

(Telecompaper) AT&T announced that it has completed the sale of its data centre colocation operations and assets to Brookfield Infrastructure and its institutional partners, as first announced in June. Brookfield has set up the company Evoque Data Center Solutions to continue the business and take over customer contracts and employees.
