Marshall Farrer, currently the group's global brand director for Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey, will replace Jim Perry in the role on 1 May. Perry, who has been in the role since 2008, is stepping up to take charge of more of the company's emerging markets business. Farrer, who joined Brown-Forman in 1998, was previously the group's MD for Australia & New Zealand, and prior to that was director for Latin America & the Caribbean.
