Building demo and remodel to make way for new dealerships at Claremont Auto Center

Two buildings are being demolished and a third is undergoing a makeover on the western end of the Claremont Auto Center that faces the 10 Freeway. The dealership would complement the existing business uses along Auto Center Drive, which include Claremont Toyota and Claremont Mazda and Volkswagen, as well as the Super King supermarket and Norm's Restaurant at the Claremont Promenade commercial center to the east.
