Bus service ends for tardy trains

Amtrak has resumed operating trains instead of buses between Toledo and Chicago, but lengthy delays on two daily roundtrips between Chicago and the East Coast, via Toledo, have persisted. Of the 16 trains that originated in Washington, New York, or Chicago on the Capitol Limited routes Friday night through Monday night, none completed the trip less than 3½ hours late, and half were more than five hours down.
