Serco and Proud Make a difference every day. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a CAATS Computerassisted Audit techniques Support Engineer, based in ESTEC Noordwijk,Netherlands. Main Responsibilities The Engineers shall perform the following activities Develop, upgrade, maintenance and extent all the GNSS CAATS computerassisted Audit techniques and any associated tools Integrate the inputs provided by the contractors into the GNSS CAATS and develop the associated tools to perform this integration Integrate the outputs from the GNSS CAATS into the GNSS Cyber Internal Audit Report and develop the associated tools to perform this integration Develop and maintain a database with all the data inputs as the main repository of the Auditor knowledge base Physical Audits to some important Infrastructures within the scope of the Cyberinternal Audit Plans The Ideal Candidate The following requirements are considered important to identify the CAATs Support Engineers. Minimum a bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of software engineering. The EU SECRET Clearances are mandatory. Expertise, at least, 2 years in software development. Experience in conducting projects reviews document and SW development processes. Experience programming in Visual Basic. Knowledge in at least one area Generalised Audit software GAS or Business Intelligence tools. Knowledge about addins, plugins and apps for Microsoft Office as Power User, Power Pivot, Power Query, ParallelDots, Office Tab, Kutools, Tableau or other similar tools to increase the productivity of the Microsoft Office products. Knowledge about the ISACA Framework, ISO27K, NIST or COBIT standards is an asset.
