CBS, Time Warner mull new paid streaming service - report

(Telecompaper) CBS and Time Warner's Warner Bros are thinking about creating a paid streaming service for their jointly owned CW network, in order to generate more income from young fans, Bloomberg reported, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. Talks are at a preliminary stage.
