Stuart Watson purchased a car from a car dealer in Auckland, but when he collected it three of the seatbelts were damaged. Frayed, unsafe seatbelts were not what a Manawatu man expected to see when he picked up his new car that had recently passed - and has now failed - a warrant of fitness.
