After signing an eight year, $84 million contract extension with the Chicago Blackhawks earlier this summer, team captain Jonathan Toews has upgraded from his former Lakeshore East condo , to a more spacious and pricey Lincoln Park home, the Tribune reports . Toews officially closed on the deal mid-November and purchased the five bedroom, five bathroom home from former Groupon exec Jeff Holden for $3.5 million .
