Celebrity real estate power couple Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have cut the asking price of their 20 East 10th Street from $22 million to $19.95 million . Though the 25-foot-wide, seven-fireplace home, which the couple renovated but apparently never lived in, was asking as much as $25 million at one point, it now veers dangerously close to the $19 million they paid in 2011 .
