City council members ask state for pension investigation

After a state representative requested Gov. Rick Scott to take a deeper look into the Police and Fire Pension Fund, City Council members are getting behind requests for an investigation. Florida Rep. Janet Adkins questioned the contentious pension fund in a Dec. 10 letter to Scott, according to the Florida Times-Union.
