Cleanup at Slinger derailment to shift to soil excavation

Cleanup crews at the scene of Sunday's two-train collision and derailment in Slinger will finish vacuuming up spilled diesel fuel Tuesday and shift to excavating contaminated soil the remainder of this week, a state environmental official said Tuesday.
