Internet revenues were up 10.0 percent from a year ago to USD 3.1 billion, and business services also grew by 20.4 percent to USD 1.2 billion. Telephony was the one area to show lower revenues, down 2.1 percent, while the fixed-line customer base was still up by 49,000 on a sequential basis to 11.319 million. Capital expenditure at the cable activities rose 12.3 percent from a year earlier to USD 1.7 billion, and operating cash flow was up 5.1 percent to USD 4.8 billion. Comcast's total revenues, including NBCUniversal, rose 11.3 percent to USD 18.7 billion, and earnings per share were up 10.5 percent to USD 0.84.
