We are currently looking for a Commercial Procurement Support to support our customer in Munich, Germany. Commercial Procurement Support Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the EGNOS Proposal Generation, you will have the following responsibilities Preparation of request for proposals Execution of tender processes Contract management of the subcontracts negotiations Financial management of the subcontracts Other administrative issues related e.g. to company procedures Analysis of Tender Documentation Schedule Management Contractual knowledge Export and Import Control. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in a relevant field or equivalent Several years of professional experience within tender preparation and execution Excellent knowledge in contractual issues, administration and coordination of a full set of subcontractors Fluency in English is mandatory the knowledge of another European language will be an advantage.
