We are looking for you as Communication Satellite Mission Operator mf Are you looking for a new and interesting activity in one of Europes most outstanding projects in the area of operation of communication satellites? This could be your field of responsibility Act as a member of the operations team in the Primary Mission Operations Centre PMOC for EDRS Monitoring of satellite, payload and network status Supervision of system performance and service provision Level1 response to anomalies, based on procedures Activation of engineering support if required Trouble ticket and incident management, including the generation, support and resolution of problems, for network and customer issues Your profile requires Experience in satellite and ground segment operations Knowledge of satellite communications, earth observation missions, as well as mission operation ground infrastructure and IT environments Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Outlook, Project and operating systems such as WIN7UNIX or Server 2012 Focus on customer, service delivery and problem solving Willingness to do shift work early and late, no nights Ability to operate in a multinational team organisation Negotiation level of German and English In addition the following experiences are considered as an asset Knowledge of Microsoft Certified System Engineer Knowledge of IT management systems SNMP, Syslog, Nagios We offer Focused Training and performance oriented career development Competitive remuneration Opportunity to work in exciting challenging international projects In case you find our offer attractive please send your application documents via Email to careercamsystems.de to CAM Systems GmbH Dr. Bernhard Eberz Westendstr. 193 80686 Mnchen Germany
