Based on triangulation measuring principle, optoNCDT 1320 measures displacement, distance, and position on non-contact basis. Measuring rate can be adjusted up to 2 kHz, and Auto Target Compensation feature enables precise control of distance signal regardless of target color or brightness. Featuring compact, lightweight design, sensor can be installed in restricted spaces and is suitable for applications where high accelerations occur, such as robot arm or pick-and-place machines.
