Grant and Cathy Bigelow, Shirley Thomasson, and Georgie Westbrook were among the more than 19 people who camped out to try to buy a condo in Willoughby in September. The craze for housing in Langley began this summer with bidding wars for houses, and it wound down with people camping out for more than a week to catch coveted condos.
