Priority will be given to internal Astrium applicants. As a Consultant for Business Excellence, your mission and tasks on individual projects are to Perform independently a diagnostic of the customers situation Coach and consult to all management levels in lean implementation Drive and manage independently initiation and structure of the project through Clarification of objectives and requirements, Planning of project organization delivery, Designing of change management project, Specifying scheduleriskcost and tools for the project Work through the project plan, on your own, as a team leader or in teams, but in any case in dialogue with the customer Report findings and conclusions to the customer in adequate format reports, presentations, workshops Assist customers in the implementation of accepted improvement ideas measure success, e.g. facilitation of workshops Your individual mission assignments will vary and could be, for example Concrete support of Astrium process owners in redefinition of their processes and KPIs, Individual coaching and consultancy of project leaders, line managers or process owners on application of Lean principles, Coaching and consultancy of current and future Astrium suppliers in terms of Lean processes and their application Your professional working environment will be changing between any site of Astrium plus sites of future external customers We are looking for candidates with the following skills Significant management or technical experience in aerospace business, with a focus on business process engineering and quality areas Personal network inside and outside of EADS in your area of expertise, which you are willing to contribute to your position A diversified profile with previous exposure to different professional areas inside or outside of Astrium Previous exposure to consultancy methods tools, change management methods e.g. EADS Black Belt, Systemic Coaching and Consulting to Organizations training Ability of quick assimilation of new information, quick synthesis analytical thinking Good communication, moderation and organisation skills Flexibility to work in different and changing teams, within a portfolio of geographically distributed projects professional travel required German and English fluent negotiation level TO APPLY click here
