Cotton prices have surged in Pakistan since the start of the year, whereas also rising in India and staying once more frozen in China. Polyester prices have rebounded in China by contrast, sharply rising in Pakistan at the same time. The price difference between cotton and polyester has therefore been changed in all three countries.
