The Indian rupee has clearly fallen in the first two months of the year, becoming the weakest of our long list of emerging currencies whereas the Chinese renminbi was rebounding. The recovery of the Sterling should also boost Indian exports in addition, whereas the euro remains relatively weak, over emerging populism and deteriorating economic results.
