The euro and the pound Sterling have sharply risen against the US dollar in July, whereas currencies of low-cost countries were staying unchanged. As a result, emerging currencies have fallen against European currencies, which could support their exports if demand recovers from apparel buyers. Our monthly statistical report covers the past two years and displays a comprehensive view of currency values against the US dollar but also compared with the euro, the British pound, the Indian rupee, the Pak. Rupee, and the Chinese renminbi over the last three years.
