Designed for use in network-enabled mobile vehicles in harsh aerospace/defense environments, shock- and vibration-resistant Vortex™ Data Transport System (DTS) supports packet capture software (PCAP) option that is compatible with WireShark® software. Capability enables this rugged NAS users to record all Ethernet packets flowing over vehicle's LAN during mission. While using DTS as Network File Server (NFS), solution can now also be used to record network traffic for later analysis.
