We are currently looking for a Design Engineer to support our customer in Germany. Design Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Mechanical Design Team, you will have the responsibility for the general and detailed design activities for equipment, structures, lines, harness, brackets, considering all design and manufacturing requirements and processes. Main tasks are Establishing of 3D models and assemblies in Catia V5V6 taking into consideration Geometrical constraints Functional requirements line diameters, pressure, temperature, max. pressure drop Movement of the line interfaces temperature, pressure, loads and tolerances Mechanical requirements frequency and stress Constraints from fluid control equipment Integration sequence and accessibility Establishing and Updating of 2D3D configuration drawings 2D interface and definition drawings, considering Geometrical Positional Tolerancing roles Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification Extensive work experience in the Domain Ability to work in a highly disciplined and structured manner Good imagination in 3D and establishing of drawings Good knowledge of Catia V5V6 professional user of 2D and 3D Experience in the development of complex systems Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
