ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Integration Developer, Integration Services and Automation is directly responsible for the development of integration services for both internal and customer related projects using Application Program Interface APIs, web services WS and streaming APIs streams. HeShe will execute projects, support and maintenance within the IT Service Design and Implementation delivery field, with regard to timely task and project implementation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULT AREAS Definition and Development of integrations to support IT projects and customer products Deployment, maintenance, monitoring and documentation of system integrations API, WS, streams Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery of integrations Take on responsibility for timely implementation for hisher projects and activities Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with integration engineers to implement potential fixes Positively interact with IT and business stakeholders Proactively ensure the highest levels of integration applications availability Stay uptodate with stateoftheart concepts and technologies, and use this knowledge to analyze and maintain systems Provide input to the Manager, Integration Services and Automation for administrative and management tasks Ensure that all integrations selected or developed comply with prevailing IT Architectural Standards including but not limited to security standards and Information Security policies Evaluate application opportunities and threats by new trends and developments in and outside of SES COMPETENCIES Ability to work internationally in a matrixmanaged, resultsoriented environment Ability to work and communicate with team members in different time zones using latest communication tools Ability to interpret complex technical issues and communicate the business value of IT standards and structured approach Selfmotivated and demonstrate doer mentality Excellent communications skills, both written and oral High level Technical Analysis and Evaluation skills QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE Possess a bachelor or higher degree in information technology or similar Have a minimum of 35 years of applicable professional experience Sound technical understanding of the IT landscape and related technical skills as well as its business application Agile Software Lifecycle DevOps principles Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment tools JenkinsGitlab, Azure DevOps Java development basic skills Continuous Delivery tools Integrations Integration development experience Developing Integrations with middleware technologies as Mulesoft Developing EventDriven applications kafka Monitoring and distributed logging Experience with Service Oriented Architecture SOA Experience with TMForum APIs Understanding of databases SQL, noSQL Strong understanding of the HTTP protocol Networking Fundamentals OTHER KEY REQUIREMENTS COMMENTS Fluency in written and spoken English, with French, German and Luxembourgish also being an asset Meet annual objectives Measure deliverables on time, budget and spec Application availability Measurement of level 2 application service desk requests Main interfaces to other departments Business representatives to define business needs Demand Management to ensure new projects are addressed Work with Service Delivery to get appropriate infrastructure support for application Apply HERE
