Designed to cover 12,600 MHz with tuning voltage range of 0–12 Vdc, Model DRO12600A features low phase noise of -102 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset while operating off 5 Vdc supply and drawing 23 mA of current. Device delivers typical output power of 0±3 dBm into 50 Ω load over industrial temperature range of -40 to 85°C. Housed in 0.91 x 0.91 x 0.51 in. surface mount SDRO package, VCO suppresses second harmonic to better than -20 dBc and has typical tuning sensitivity of 0.5 MHz/V.
