Dole Food receives Chinas clearance to sell packaged foods and fresh produce businesses

US-based Dole Food has received approval from the Chinese Ministry of Commerce to execute the sale of Doles worldwide packaged foods and Asia fresh produce business to Japanese trading house ITOCHU for $1.68bn.
