Duke Energy hires top human resources exec

Melissa Anderson is the ninth member, and third woman, on Duke Energy's senior management team, which reports directly to CEO Lynn Good. Duke Energy has hired Melissa Anderson , former human resources chief at Domtar Inc. , as its chief human resources officer, effective Jan. 21. Anderson will report directly to CEO Lynn Good .
