Durango television viewers hopeful of getting Colorado TV

Television viewers in southwestern Colorado are hopeful that they will soon get their programs from Colorado instead of New Mexico. The Durango Herald reports a decision by the Federal Communications Commission has set up rules to provide rural counties access to in-state news and programming from cable and satellite providers, if that's what they want.
