RHEA is currently recruiting an EGNOS Exploitation Programme Engineer to manage EGNOS and Galileo subcontracts at our clients premises in Toulouse, France. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Preparation, evaluation and negotiation of Galileo and EGNOSrelated contracts Preparation, evaluation and negotiation of changes to the EGNOS Service Provision contract Support to organisation of reviews, preparation and participation to progress meetings and review panels Followup of reviews, progress meetings, CFIs and deliverables associated to Major System releases Support to the EGNOS Exploitation planning highlighting the important milestones and their link with the technical and procurement activities Management of the Anomaly Review Board Technical follow up of the obsolescence watch and trigger actions accordingly. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Master degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent qualification At least 10 years of experience working in a space program environment At least 4 years of experience working on the EGNOS andor Galileo program in a bid project management position Ability to interface with both agenciesinstitutions and industryprivate companies Fluency in English and French both spoken and written. The following skills would be highly desirable Understanding of space and groundbased augmentation systems at a system level Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
