EMC Engineer Client and Location For one of our clients, ETS B.V., we are looking for a EMC Engineer for their location in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, to perform the companies tasks in the field of thermal and mechanical testing. European Test Services ETS B.V. is a jointventure between IABG mbH and Airbus Defence Space SAS and is located in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. ETS maintains and operates the environmental test centre of the European Space Agency ESAESTEC. Tasks and Responsibilities Operation of Electromagnetic compatibility and electrostatic discharge facilities during test preparation, execution and posttest activities Performance of corrective and preventive maintenance of EMC facilities Supporting the Test Programme Managers and test engineers in all technical issues related to EMC testing Participation to technical reviews such as Nonconformance Review Board, Facility Readiness Review, Lesson Learnt Review Supporting of facility modifications and upgrades Compilation of test and maintenance documentation Cooperating with international customers in the frame of complex space programs and industrial projects. Experience and Education A university degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent At least two years experience in the fields of EMC in relation with environmental testing of space hardware Knowledge of RF applied to EMC of spacecraft component, subsystems or systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Knowledge of English language Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in an international environment Ability to perform tasks accurately according to internal processes and customer needs Communications skills and team spirit Proactive attitude to solve problems with a critical mind Ability to work in shift.
