Position Reference 144 You will have the opportunity to be part of a project team which has the purpose to procure and oversee the delivery of two main type of services A. Commodity cloud services B. Earth Observation data based services running on Copernicus Data and Information Access Services DIAS to the European Researchers community through the European Open Science Cloud EOSC initiative. In this context you will be in charge to collect requirements from the European Researchers community and support the procurement of the matching services of type B, via a panEuropean tender which will be issued by the project. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Collect and formalise requirements coming from European researchers and research institutes Support the preparation of technical documentation for the tender procurement of the services Evaluate the proposal received in response to the procurement Support direct negotiation with selected providers Support the project outreach Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a University degree in Engineering, Information Technology. You have at least 4 years of experience in the Earth Observation domain You have 2 years of experience in requirement management and technical document writing You are a team player You are fluent in English You have good interpersonal skills You have scientific background How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
