Edmonton Real Estate Forecast: 2015 and Beyond

The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp. held it's annual Edmonton Housing Outlook conference yesterday. I find their forecasts are always on the conservative side, so I'm not surprised their opinion is that the real estate market in the Greater Edmonton area will remain robust for the next two years, but not as robust as 2014 has been.
