For Astrium in Bremen for the department Data Handling Avionics we are looking for an Electronic Engineer Specialist in FPGAVHDL Design mf. Your responsibilities will include Development of digital avionics equipment for use in manned space applications Design and development of safety critical VHDL algorithms in accordance with the ECSSQST6002C standard Design and development of fault tolerance and redundancy concepts on FPGAsASICs VHDL implementation and simulation using the MENTOR Graphics toolset Testing and documentation of FPGAASIC VHDL designs in accordance with the ECSSQST6002C standard VHDL configuration management using PERFORCE Implementation and documentation of test software in ANSI CC Definition and documentation of hardwaresoftware interface control documents Implementation of digital image processing algorithms in hardwaresoftware codesign Engineering tasks with respect to manned space electronics Specification of subsystems boardlevel and the FPGA functional specification Strong focus on faulttolerant computing MAIT support throughout the project lifecycle Development and performance of test procedures Performance of test campaigns, including TRR, TRB, participation in MRBs, posttest documentation Evaluation of test results We are looking for candidates with the following skills Degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or similar Knowledge in FPGAprogramming in VHDL, and the ESA ECSSQST6002C standard Software programming in ANSI C C VHDL and software configuration management using PERFORCE Advanced circuit design Experience in the design of data processing applications Digital data transmission standards USB, TAXI, Ethernet, MILSTD1553,sERNOLink VHDL Toolset Mentor Graphics LINUXWIN7 German and English fluent negotation level TO APPLY click here
