Robert Snell of the Detroit News on Tuesday reported on a new federal lawsuit filed Tuesday by a Royal Oak woman against her former employer, Coach, the New York-base luxury fashion company she says fired her for being overweight. Attorney Sarah Prescott filed the lawsuit on behalf of Elizabeth DeLorean and told Snell the discrimination "was systematic, constant and a company-sponsored idea that there is a fit with our brand and culture and you're just not it."
