FAA is proposing $76,000 civil penalty against Atlantic Technical Systems, Inc., for allegedly violating Hazardous Materials Regulations. FAA alleges that on Nov 11, 2013, Atlantic Technical Systems offered three, 4 L containers of isopropyl alcohol to FedEx Corp. for shipment by air to Woodstock, IL.
