Overview The Facility Management Administrator reports to the Head of the General Support Section and is technically responsible for Daily supervision and monitoring of services including verification of completionordinary execution of outsourced tasks Financial and contractual control of the services provided Support section members on the planning, coordination and execution of evolution activities such as the restaurant and building extensions Dealing with customers for service requests that cannot be directly handled by the individual service contractors Coordinate the sectional activities for the preparation of special events on the ESTEC site Investigating customer feedbacks and complaints Supporting customer surveys and analysis of their results Setup, facilitate and draft minutes for coordination meetings Review implementation plans and schedules Followup procurement actions. Specific qualification requirements University Master Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Experience in support to management andor control functions. Experience in Facility Management or Service Management. Strong customer focus. Sound analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, team spirit, with a realcapability and willingness to learn and work in an internationalenvironment. An excellent command of the English language is required, as well asgood knowledge of MS Office software applications Excel, Word,Powerpoint, MS Project and Lotus Notes. Legal and Security Requirements All applicants must be legally allowed to work in The Netherlands Applicants are required to provide a copy of their passport and degree certificate. Aurora will validate the Degree with the issuing University and provide evidence to ESA. Prior to issuing a letter of employment, the applicant shall provide to Aurora a recent official document declaring that they are of good conduct from the country where currently resident. Location The work will be performed at the European Space Technology and Research Centre ESTEC at Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Contract The selected candidate will receive good remuneration in line withESA Job Class. Will be registered for both social security and tax in the United Kingdom. The standard working hours are 40 per week. There are 12 public holidays and an additional 30 annual days holiday. Training to improve efficiency and provide strength for future career are of course included. Aurora assist with relocation both with support and financially.
