Job Description FESS to ensure robust deliveries plan from Clients local supplier with respect to contractual demand plan, namely Continuous assessment of the suppliers and subtiers capacity including Line of Balance Follow up of the suppliers ability to implement the action plan defined to ensure deliveries Supplier assessment status updated regularly Critical item Weekly reporting Supplier monitoring report Monthly Support Supply chain managers Continuous presence at suppliers premises is required Address escapes in procurementproductionquality operations A Propose corrective actions to the supplier B Support implementation of the corrective actions C Report to our Clientsmanagement team Implement productionoperation monitoring system Establish with our Clients supplier a consolidated forecast aligned with our Client demand plan Skills Required At least 5 years of experience in production and manufacturing environment ideally in a RF production or Space Industry Strong leadership Assertiveness Autonomy Problem solving methodology 8D, fishbone diagram, etc. Knowledge and practical experience in traditional telecommunications satellites manufacturing Knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering and Lean Manufacturing Engineering methods and tools APQP, LEAN methodology Experience in Product Assurance for telecommunications satellites equipment and systems
