HE Space is a successful international space company. For 30 years, we have been supporting our customers with qualified experts in the field of engineering, science and administration. We are currently looking for a Financial and Administrative Support to our customer in Germany. Financial and Administrative Support Key Tasks and Responsibilities You will have the following responsibilities Contract Management of Customer Contracts Administrative Risk Management Contract Change Management Accounts Receivable and Payment Management Financial Project Monitoring Cost Reporting Annual Financial Reporting Monthly Management Reserve Reporting Handling of Contractual Guarantees Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent Extensive knowledge in the ares of financial, administrative and legal project management, accountancy and reporting according to IFRS and HGB principles Fluency in English is mandatory, the knowledge of another European language will be an advantage. This job is located near Munich. We are looking for candidates who are available from March 2013 or as soon as possible thereafter.
