'For Sale' signs common sight in Edmonton's real estate market

Single-family home sales were down 9 per cent in 2015 over the year before, and condos were down 13 per cent. The city's housing market continues to be strong, despite the downturn in the economy and the collapse of oil prices, according to the Realtors Association of Edmonton.
