One of our Space Clients in Germany is looking for a MTG Quality Assurance Engineer to perform Ground Segment and System IVV, monitoring of IVV QA related activities and witnessing tests of facilities. The submission deadline for applicants is September 1st 2015. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Implement QA policies. Ensure the implementation of MTG processes in accordance with their relevant QA working practices and procedures. Support maintenance of GEO WPs and procedures. Suggest and support implementation improvements to QA documentation. Support the establishment of metrics to measure process effectiveness. Ensure that QA policies and methods are taken into account during all phases. Contribute to the production of the documents relevant to the performed tasks. Critically review technical and management documents. Support the Programme Reviews and Check Points. Support the MTG GS Facilities procurement activities and processes. Monitor implementation of the agreed QA Plans and procedures. Provide specific QA support to the MTG IVV activities focussed on MTG GS. Coordinate the anomaly and nonconformances reviews process. Skills Experience Several years work experience in the ProductQuality Assurance area in AerospaceSpace Programmes. Experience in PAQA processes definition, implementation and monitoring. Knowledge and application of aerospacespace PAQA and ISO 9001 standards. Experience in the implementation of QA policies and methods in procurement contracts for complex products such as ground segment systems. Experience in providing QA support to complex SW products. Experience on HardwareSoftware products integration and verification. Capability of understanding technicalities and design methods in the area of satellite ground segment, operations, mission control and data processing. Working knowledge of MS Office i.e., Word, Excel and Access. Experience in application of risk management and lessons learned processes. Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications University degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Sciences. Good English skills are essential.
