GNSS RD Specialist We have an open position for a GNSS RD Specialist to help us with the further development of CenterPoint RTX, Trimbles global precise positioning service. CenterPoint RTX corrections include precise orbit and clock information for GPS, GLONASS and QZSS, which are distributed using six geostationary satellites via Lband and via NTRIP. httpwww.trimble.compositioningservicescenterpointRTX.aspx You will join the Trimble TerraSat development team in Hhenkirchen near Munich, Germany. TerraSat is Trimbles center of excellence for highprecision GNSS positioning solutions. This includes the new CenterPoint RTX global positioning service. Responsibilities include Research on new positioning methods for CenterPoint RTX, Trimbles Precise Point Positioning implementation including carrier phase ambiguity resolution Extension of our products to include new satellite signals and systems Galileo, BeiDouCompass etc. Design, development, unittesting maintenance of software for the CenterPoint server and client being able to work effectively as part of an agile development team with minimal supervision. Required Skills University degree in computer science, geoinformatics or related engineering disciplines professional background in one or more of satellite clock estimation, ionospheric modeling, RTK, PPP, Kalman Filtering superior indepth knowledge of C. Desired Skills excellent English language proficiency good interpersonal skills readiness for crossteam collaboration with other Trimble software engineering teams and partner teams ability to adapt well to changing priorities in a fastpaced development environment 2 years experience in PPP related software development.
