Position Reference 019 You will have the opportunity to ensure security operations are properly implemented in line with System SecOPs at Service Facilities and Remote Sites by directly interfacing such Entities, supporting procedures preparation and by attending and witnessing onsite procedures validation. The objectives of this activity is also Chair and lead the VCB CLAUNCLA meetings Prepare the plan, agenda and follow up the VCB meetings, ensuring timely availability of the relevant inputs to the group members, keeping the MoM and the associated actions items tracking list Maintain aligned the Verification Database VDB in DOORS Maintain aligned the Verification Database VDB Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Coordinate with Service Facility operators and the system operators in order to verify the compliance and validation status of the Security procedures w.r.t. to the relevant SECOPS requirements Coordinate with Service Facility operators and the system operators in order to collect feedback regarding secure operations to be used as input to improve SECOPS requirements Support Service Facilities operations teams during the operations preparation and operations validation activities to ensure proper implementation and verification of the SECOPS requirements Participate to procedure verification by Witnessing Procedures execution. Provide Input to update the SecOPS VCD to SECOPS OSRDx Maintenance WP Provide input to update the SoC to SecOPs to SECOPS OSRDx Maintenance WP Propose input to update System SecOPs Review Service Facility Security Concept of Operations to ensure consistency to the SECOPS defined at system level Participate as chairman to the VCB meetings both Uncla Cla Approve the VCBs MoM and the associated actions items tracking list Support GSA for the management of the Service, Service Facilities, OPS and Sites AIV documentation. Contribute to the Service review reports for what concern the VCB aspects statistics, other Check and approve the System and Joint VCBs Plan for CLA and UNCLA Activities Contribution to Progress Report Management of the Service Verification Database for WO2 in DOORS installed in Rome Maintain a link with Service qualification activities in order to keep updated the System Verification Database in DOORS Maintain a link with the different SETA WO2 WP leaders for the collection of Service, Service Facilities, OPS and Sites credits at system level Store and retrieve the collected credits from SETA WO2 WP Leaders in order to be provided to the SETA WO2 reviewers for the elaboration of the corresponding system review reports VCDs Prepare and maintain the System and Joint VCBs Plan for CLA and UNCLA Activities Provide the status of the service qualification activities SQSRx Participate to the NRB meeting Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University degree or equivalent qualification in either physics, mathematics, electric or electronic engineering, aerospace engineering or telecommunications engineering, geodesy Knowledge of the Galileo System architecture, performance, signal and in general of GNSS GPS, Glonass, EGNOS Former professional involvement in major Space Projects andor GNSS related services Knowledge of the design and requirements definition process for space systems Experience in management of external and internal System interfaces Valid Security clearance by their national security administration where relevant.
