Used to dry, bake, and sinter PTFE coatings on fiberglass fabrics, 21 ft vertical electric and gas fired IR tower oven is engineered for 65 in. woven fiberglass line. Design for gas burners eliminates need for high-temperature insulation, and heater's outer surfaces, edges, and back remain cool to touch. Dual 12 x 71 in. drying zones combine electric IR with air; bake zone is 24 in. in direction of product travel; and sinter zone is 32 in. in direction of product travel.
