Design for gas burners eliminates need for high-temperature insulation, and heater's outer surfaces, edges, and back remain cool to touch. Dual 12 x 71 in. drying zones combine electric IR with air; bake zone is 24 in. in direction of product travel; and sinter zone is 32 in. in direction of product travel.
