Georgia Tech seeks to name plaza for Texas Instruments

The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia is scheduled to vote April 14 on a proposal to name an area adjacent to the Blake R. Van Leer Electrical and Computer Engineering Building "Texas Instruments Plaza." According to a proposal to be voted on the Board of Regents, Dallas-based Texas Instruments and Georgia Tech have had a strong 40-year relationship.
