Exporting and importing countries are more or less dependent on a small -or large- number of destinations and origins. They are also more or less far away from customers and suppliers. We have extracted concentration indexes and distances from the statistical database of the International Trade Commission (ITC) in order to rank the first hundred apparel exporting and importing countries in both knit and woven categories, offering a comprehensive view of the global clothing market.
