WHAT IS THE FINANCE GRADUATE PROGRAMME? Our Finance Graduate Programme is a great opportunity to gain a recognised qualification equivalent to a masters degree whilst developing onthejob experience, to build a career in Finance. The Finance Graduate Programme is a two year programme, in which you will be able to expand on the skills and knowledge gained through your degree, whilst having the opportunity to be mentored onthejob by some of our most experienced employees. During the programme you will get the opportunity to gain an understanding and knowledge of All aspects of project control including cost control, forecasting and risk management. The operational context of finance and the role they play in the wider company. The way space programmes are run including funding, manufacture and operations. The key financial performance indicators of the business based on the financial statements. WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED? Applications from graduates in the following subjects and disciplines are encouraged Business and Finance Accounting or Economics Equivalent qualifications from other countries will of course be considered.
