Vitrociset is looking for a Technical Responsible for Space Projects VEGA Ground Segment, in charge of team and subcontractors technical coordination, activities planning and monitoring, cost analysis and reporting, change modifications and offer preparation. Key Responsibilities Design, development and validation of systems and components for ground segment launch range, specifically Civil and Mechanical Infrastructures, communication and safety systems, energy and air conditioning, monitoring and control systems Technical coordination of internal and subcontractors activities, including onsite integration and testing phases mainly French Guyana Technical Interface with the customer Reporting on the progress, status, schedule of the project Evaluation of the change modifications and support for offer preparation Quality and safety assessment of CNES regulations on launch systems. Requirements University degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent The ideal candidate has gained a consolidated experience of 56 years on relevant technical domains knowledge of system Engineering and project management Knowledge of standards and rules ECSS, ESA, CNES, etc for space projects system engineering, design, development, verification and operations processes. Past experiences on space ground segment projects for ESA CNES AE VEGA, Ariane, Soyuz, etc. Soft Skills Communication Planning Organisation Results Orientation Teamwork Fluent in English language, French as a plus Ability to travel abroad on a frequent basis Available Positions 1 Location Rome Permanent contract
