Where were you when the Columbus Module was placed on the International Space Station, when the first Galileo Satellite Navigation satellites entered into service or when the Rosetta missions European probe Philae as the first manmade object ever landed on a comet? We can tell you where we were Right in the middle of it! As a renowned specialist for space projects SCISYS has supported more than 50 national and international space missions so far. We install and maintain Ground Stations and Receiving and Data Processing Systems for satellite data worldwide. In this context we are looking for a new team member to support our delivery and maintenance projects. Your Tasks Technical planning and documentation Installation and commissioning System training for customers and users Maintenance and repair of ground stations Design and test of circuits for the integration of tracking antenna systems Selection of locations of antenna systems Your Profile Educated to degree level in Electrical Engineering, Communication or an equivalent Excellent technical knowledge of antenna systems and ground stations including the measurement technology Practical experience in antenna pointing spectrum analyser Good knowledge of OS, Linux and Windows Fluent in English Organised and structured way of working Independent and team oriented Flexibility and willing to travel Our offer An interesting entrance to the sector of space and earth observation A job with lots of opportunities to bring in in your own ideas and personality A company culture based on team spirit, trust and enthusiasm Do you want to meet us?
