Aurora is an established supplier of skilled manpower to ESA and in particular at ESTEC and ESAC. Aurora has the opportunity to expand our support to ESA in the domain of BMC Business Management, Controlling Administration. Overview The candidate will work for the HR Support Services Division of the ESA Human Resources Department. The principle tasks and responsibilities will include While under the overall supervision of the Head of the Staff Administration Service, the post holder works autonomously as the main contact point for a defined group of ESTEC staff ca. 250. This regards the execution of the full range A to Z of daytoday Staff Administration processes, inter alia Contract administration from hiring to retiring Verification of entitlement to allowances and benefits Making and verifying payroll inputs Administration of working time Preparation of statements. Working with our HR IT systems SAP SuccessFactors and R3. Proactively suggesting improvements of internal processes and tools. Specific qualification requirements Completed secondary education and subsequent relevant vocational professional training, certificates. At least 2 years of relevant experience with HR administration, preferably within an international environment. Attention to detail, affinity with figures. Ability to work autonomously, resourceful and focussed on delivering a sound administration and good customer service. Excellent sense of discretion and confidentiality. General interest in, and understanding of legal texts in the area of HR. Good communication skills in English and, in particular, the ability to draft clear written correspondence. Languages skills Fluent English written and spoken. Legal and Security Requirements All applicants must be legally allowed to work in The Netherlands Applicants are required to provide a copy of their passport and degree certificate. Aurora will validate the Degree with the issuing University and provide evidence to ESA. Prior to issuing a letter of employment the applicant shall provide to Aurora a recent official document declaring that they are of good conduct from the country where currently resident. Location The work will be performed at the European Space Technology and Research Centre ESTEC at Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Contract The selected candidate will receive good remuneration in line with ESA Job Class. Will be registered for both social security and tax in the Netherlands. The standard working hours are 40 per week. There are 12 public holidays and an additional 30 annual days holiday. Training to improve efficiency and provide strength for future career are of course included. Aurora assist with relocation both with support and financially. Aurora contributes to a company pension scheme.
